For those of you that have not made it to our parent site. Here is a Press Release regarding What’s New? Mobile…
It is with deep regret that CheetahByte has decided to end the What’s New? Mobile project. “Unfortunately the project did not gain as much fanbase as we had hope and so we must bring the project to an end…at least for now,” says Everett Burgan.
The project, which began almost a year ago, first went public with it’s Beta program in April 2009. The site failed to draw in the visitors both CheetahByte and techNETWORK had hoped for.
CheetahByte plans to have the site offline by the end of the week. “We’ll keep the site in our ‘to return to’ folder once we take it down. I feel it’s something we may revisit in the future once more resources become available to us.”
It’s unfortunate that we never made it out of BETA. Maybe we’ll return someday!
